Alana was initially drawn to the fitness world with the goal of making a positive change both mentally and physically.
One of Alana's main goals is to help her clients build sustainable lifestyle changes, aiming to promote a healthy relationship with food.
Alana has completed Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, as well as being a qualified nutrition coach and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Nutrition to further her ability to help her clients to feel empowered, educated and positive about their journey with their body.
Minju’s coaching career was motivated by her personal success & passion for strength training.
She believes it is important to have fun during the workout and feel good while taking care of body and mind, this is why she provides a comprehensive fitness program which is planned around the needs of the clients.
Minju is committed to showing her clients that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well-rounded diet and exercise.
Tom has been a personal trainer with Equilibrium since 2016 & has been lucky to have worked with a multitude of clients over the years.
He currently specialises in the hypertrophy training of both male & female clientele who are serious about taking their training to the next level!
Tom currently has his Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and thoroughly enjoy the process of overseeing those he works with become highly educated trainers!
Yasmin has been a personal trainer for 5 years now and with Equilibrium for just over 2 years but her goal has remained the same - to help as many people as possible.
She is passionate about rehab and working with injuries so her clients can navigate their day to day activities more easily.
Yasmin has both her Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and is always willing to help answer any questions you may have!
Hayley has always had a passion for being active. As she was a competing gymnast for 10 years, she has always loved challenging her body and seeing what it is capable of.
Hayley wants to share her love of fitness her with clients and the people who surround her so that everyone can feel the full effects of health and fitness like she does.
She loves seeing how empowered fitness makes people feel and seeing how accomplished people feel after challenging themselves. It is great seeing how well fitness can complement people's lives.
Taylah's path into the fitness industry started after she experienced the life changing impact good nutrition and training can have on someone.
With this, she has developed a strong desire to help as many people as possible in achieving their health and fitness goals. Taylah loves watching her clients progress over time and sharing their journey with them, as she finds it extremely rewarding.
Taylah has both her Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training, as well as a Diploma of Health. She specialises in optimising body composition (building muscle and losing fat).
Troy has always had a passion for helping others become a better version of themselves and as a Personal Trainer, he will guide you towards achieving your goals to ensure you stay motivated every step of the way!
Troy has been in the fitness industry for a 6 years in both the Group Fitness space & Personal Training, and has his Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness as well as qualifications in Kettlebell, Boxing & TRX Instructing.
Troy specialises in strength training for males & females as well as nutritional advice to assist with fat loss.
