I have a drive for eating healthy and keeping fit. My passion for food and its effects on the body lead me to complete a Bachelor degree in Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University. My desire for exercise and physical activity motivated me to also complete a personal training course. My qualifications give me a very wholesome approach to training and have helped shaped my holistic views on life. I take a positive approach to health and fitness and enjoy encouraging my clients to reach their goals. A healthy life isn’t just about exercising but a well-balanced diet and mindset too. With my background in nutrition I have the knowledge to help people live an all-round healthy lifestyle and achieve the results they desire!
