Moving and living in Melbourne LeRoy made his passion, his career. LeRoy is all about re-educating individuals on the potential of their bodies. LeRoy advocates a more holistic approach, stripping everything back and focusing on the basics in order to improve overall quality of life. LeRoy’s self training centres around powerlifting, having competed in the sport with aspirations to continue to do so in the future.

Eilis’s passion for fitness came from a strong back ground in athletics. She has a proud sporting background as her father and uncle were international athletes, competing in World cross-country and Olympic finials. Growing up with fitness all her life made her realise that it is better to be consistently active and to make it a lifestyle choice rather than a quick fix solution always playing catch up! Her wish is to make people understand how rewarding and beneficial an active lifestyle is both mentally and physically for everyone. And also that maintaining this is not difficult once the correct principals are in place. After all your body is the only place you have to live in for the rest of your life so why not make it a healthy, happy and functional one.

Dan took an interest in the fitness industry when he realised how many people so close to him were living a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. He then became a Personal Trainer to help people understand that gyms don’t have to be an intimidating place, and training can be fun and enjoyable.
Dan firmly believes in what he describes as ‘complete fitness’, this includes: cardiovascular training in both the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strength, power, mobility, stability, flexibility, and muscular endurance to help improve the quality of everyday life. However, regardless of the type of training you are doing, the important thing is that YOU ARE ACTIVE.
