    Biography
    I first began my fitness career at the age of 18, and have been in the health and fitness industry for 8+ years. I’ve worked with several gyms across Melbourne and have travelled around the world working on cruise ships. I enjoy an adventure and love a challenge. I am a qualified massage therapist and currently studying a degree in Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavor College of Natural Health. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. I pride myself on developing strong foundations and through biomechanical movements, I will educate, motivate and produce outstanding results to achieve a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. I strive to take my clients to the next level, new heights, and inspire them to reach above and beyond their goals.

    Biography
    From the age of 9, I have loved playing sport and the fitness benefits associated with sport. The competitive drive in sport gives me the motivation and dedication to stay physically active and help others achieve their fitness goals. As an athlete, I captained Victoria in volleyball to a national championship in 2011 after missing a year to a torn ACL in my knee. As a result, I am able to share my experiences in both high performance and rehabilitation with my clients. I believe that there’s no secret formula to success, the journey each individual undertakes is different. Through hard work and perseverance, I will help, educate and guide you to reach your individual goals and achieve success at Equilibrium.

    I have a drive for eating healthy and keeping fit. My passion for food and its effects on the body lead me to complete a Bachelor degree in Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University. My desire for exercise and physical activity motivated me to also complete a personal training course. My qualifications give me a very wholesome approach to training and have helped shaped my holistic views on life. I take a positive approach to health and fitness and enjoy encouraging my clients to reach their goals. A healthy life isn't just about exercising but a well-balanced diet and mindset too.     I believe that I started by career in health and fitness from a very young age. I have spent much of my life playing Basketball, Football, Tennis, and in my latter years developed an interest in Martial Arts. I think that a holistic approach to health is most sustainable and thus I encourage everyone in my life to lie in this way. I am extremely passionate about the practice of Martial Arts as it has taught me to be disciplined when I want to achieve something. I am delighted to work in this industry as it gives me the opportunity to develop relationships with like-minded people and to influence people within the community to prioritise their health.
